Weekly activities/entertainment (certain dates) which can include Poker Runs, Live Bands, Karaoke, rock painting, treasure hunts, pool parties, Whiffle Ball tournaments, and more. Walking distance to bands, pavilion, playground, basketball, tennis and pickleball court. Free boat parking spot included. ***Pets are not allowed unless approved - See Pet Policy under 'Other details to note'*** The space 1 - King bed 1 - Sleeper Sofa with Full Size bed **A single cot can also be available upon request** Other things to note Brookville Lake Resort requires the following information from renters: 1. Names and ages of all guests 2. Make, Model and License of all vehicles on premises 3. Copy of Drivers License 4. Telephone Number We will provide a copy of the park rules that will need to be adhered to during your stay. NO MOTORCYLES allowed in park per resort rules. 🐾 Pet Policy No pets are allowed unless approved in advance. If you'd like to bring a pet, please message us before booking with details (type, breed, size. etc). Approval is not guaranteed. For those pets that are approved an additional cleaning fee and refundable pet deposit fee will be required. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 penalty and may result in cancellation of your stay.
