Beautiful queen bedroom & private bathroom with WiFi, Keurig, microwave, mini fridge & tv. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac 10 minutes from Rideout Hospital, 25 minutes from Beale AFB and 45 minutes from Roseville & Sacramento making it the perfect space for traveling nurses or military personnel. Guests are welcome to enjoy the in-ground swimming pool any time of the year, but please note that it is not heated. The space The bedroom: Queen bed, full size dresser, alarm clock, wifi, tv, mini fridge, Keurig, microwave, full closet, additional pillows, personal heater, lap desk and chair. The bathroom: Private bathroom accessed through hallway right next to your bedroom. Full bath & shower combo unit - towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dyer and extra toilet paper provided. Backyard: The pool is not heated and serviced every Wednesday. The lawn is taken care of every Thursday. Guest access Guests also have access to these shared spaces: Living room, dining room table, backyard and pool Kitchen / cooking / laundry use is off limits, but can be discussed for long term stays only. Other things to note - No smoking of any kind - Quiet hours from 10pm-6am - No parties or events - No animals that were not preapproved - Only registered guests allowed in home My partner and I live in the home, but are very quiet. Please note that we do have a small dog, two cats and a fish. My dog is only home when we are. My cats are very friendly and love attention—they’ll happily keep you company if you’re an animal lover. (but only if they’re invited, of course!)
