Centrally located for frequent bus service to Surbiton station (5-10 mins journey) with fast trains into Waterloo (approx 15-20mins). Italian coffee shop, newsagent and delicious small plate restaurant/wine bar two minutes walk away. Tesco Metro 5-10mins walk with Waitrose, M&S Food and Co-Op a short drive or bus journey away. 4 bedroom house which includes one cosy single guest room available for short or long term bookings. Light and airy room with sea themed design. Brand new premium Emma mattress, top of the range pillow, duvet and white cotton bedding, chest of drawers, desk and chair (and for longer stays/or if requested wooden clothes rail with hangers). New premium white cotton towels. One shared bathroom upstairs with bath, shower, toilet and sink. Two shared spacious living rooms. One with a dining room table, piano (we love guests to play on it!) and patio doors leading to outdoor dining area, bbq, table tennis and fire pit. One kitchen/utility room with new oven, new fridge, new freezer, microwave, air fryer, rice maker, washing machine and dryer. One downstairs bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
