Plant Lovers Private Suite between SMF & Downtown

This peaceful convenient suite is in a quiet neighborhood near everything! You'll be greeted by a patio full of succulents. Front door entry to a private suite to yourself. NO SHARED SPACES 🎉. Real plants bringing life and fresh air to a calm space. You'll have a living room, workspace, kitchenette, dining space, bathroom, and bedroom. Pickleball set and other sporting/fitness equipment by request for nearby parks. Bikes & paddleboards available for rent for nearby trails, rivers, and lake. The space 🚫🐶🐱🦜 For health and safety reasons, we do not allow animals of any kind including service animals. 🚫👶🏻🧸This property is not suitable for small children and toddlers. Non-crawling infants and big kids ok. This private suite is the entire front part of a house that is sectioned off. You will have sole access through the front door and there are no shared spaces so you can do you! We installed a double locked, solid, exterior door between the suite and the main dwelling for privacy and to reduce noise transfer. This spacious suite has tall ceilings, a bedroom, bathroom, living room, work space, dining room and kitchenette*** 💤😴 Sleeping arrangements include a queen sized MEMORY FOAM mattress for supportive relief, a queen sized air mattress, and a couch. The house is in a safe quiet neighborhood with plenty of parks, dining and entertainment nearby. It is very conveniently located close to everything: - Sacramento Airport ~ 4.8 mi - Freeway ~ 2 minutes - Shopping, salon, gym, bank, dinning ~ 2 minutes - Trail ~ half a block - Downtown, Old Sacramento, Discovery Park, Golden 1 Center, Sacramento River and American River ~ 8 minutes - Sutter Health Baseball Park ~ 7 mi ***The kitchenette has a drinking water dispenser, appliances (toaster oven, microwave, Keurig, electric kettle, small refrigerator and freezer) eating utensils, some basic tools, plates, bowls and cups. It currently does not have a sink or stove. Guest access You will have access to one parking spot in the shared driveway, the front patio, and your own private suite. No guest access to the backyard or any other part of the property. Other things to note 1)🌡️Thermostat is on our side of the house and we keep our house on economy mode. 🔥 If weather is cold and you want it warmer, help yourself to the electric fireplace or space heater. ❄️ If it's summer and you need it cooler, help yourself to portable a/c. 2) 💦🌱 THIRSTY THURSDAYS 🌿 🚿: We water the patio plants and real houseplants every Thursday. We may reach out to you if you are here Thursday morning. 3) 📺🎶🙈🙉🙊Make yourself comfortable at home! No worries about being super quiet, but please be considerate. The only shared wall is between dinning areas and we have white noise, so we don't really hear anything. We try to be quiet, but if you need extra quiet at anytime, we will gladly get lost.
