If boating is more your style, you're 2 minutes from the Cherokee State Park Boat Ramp and only a few steps from your front door to lake side fishing and new dock. Spend your evenings watching the beautiful sun set! Included with your stay is parking at Mountain Mama's fenced and monitored property. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IN HOME! No exceptions. The space NO DONT PULL A TRAILER DOWN DRIVE. There is a 2 car maximum but extra parking is only a few doors down at Mountain Mama's 3 acre fenced, monitored and recorded lot. PLEASE understand, it is a must, that you keep the lid on the hot tub when not in use. To keep a level temperature in the home, the spare bedroom door must stay open. It has a mini-split in living and spare bedroom and they work together to keep the home temp. ALSO NOTE that there are no fences in this neighborhood and the parking is shared. PLEASE UNDERSTAND that we have a child allergic to smoke, not just cigarette but vape and weed. Do not smoke or vap in home EVEN if you open all the doors. Guest access If early check in is needed, please contact us first or you may incur additional charges. It's a 3 acre neighborhood type property with two existing homes. There is only one steep road in and out and shared parking. Other things to note Is cleaning ruining your vibe after a relaxing stay? Ask us about the "walk away" charge so the only thing you have to worry about is collecting all your belongings. Not wanting to stop by the grocery store on the way to the lake? Let us do your shopping or pick up your Reasor's order and stock the kitchen for a small fee.
