Maintenance person may stop by from time to time to change ring batteries on the and/or also to take care of yard maintenance, trash or other necessary maintenance of the property. The property is in a secluded lot within a neighborhood which used to be a berry farm back in the day. We treat for insects quarterly but due to the nature of the property there may be garden insects that make their way in or around the property from time to time. Garbage pick up is Friday morning so the garbage bin goes to the road Thursday night. Driveway is gravel. Garage and other storage areas are not accessible to the guests. Someone may come by from time to time to access the garage if something is needed from the storage, the garage has a separate exterior door that would be used for entry so the interior of the living area of the home that is for guest use will not be entered unless for any necessary repairs/maintenance which the guest will be notified of. We have a strict Cancellation Policy so Travel Insurance is recommended. A $75 fee will be charged for early check-in requests (if we can accommodate). A fee will be also be charged for late checkouts. If guest does not checkout within 15 minutes of checkout time, a $75 fee will be charged to guest. If guest does not check out within 30 minutes of checkout time, a $150 fee will be charged to guest. If guest does not checkout within an hour of checkout time, a $300 fee will be charged to guest. Late checkouts delay our cleaners and disrupts future reservations.
