In the heart of Uplands - a great location to explore the Gower Peninsula and close to all Swansea and Mumbles has to offer. Perfect for families and groups of friends. Georgie and Ollie The space Our ground floor comprises of a living room with a 55" TV at the front of the house and the option to change this space into another room with a sofabed. There is a downstairs toilet with plenty of cloakroom space for shoes and coats. At the back of the house there is a large open plan kitchen dining room with large dinning table and kitchen island with seating. There is window seat snug area from which you can see across the bay to Mumbles. The kitchen is equipped with a full size fridge and freezer, two ovens and all the cooking implements you might need! There is access to the patio from the back folding doors in the kitchen and some steps take you up to an enclosed sloped garden. The first floor contains two spacious bedrooms, one with some views across the bay. Both with wardrobes with ample storage space and a main bathroom with a shower/bathtub. Guest access Access by own front door leading to the house with keys will be kept in an easily accessible lock box. We (Georgie and Ollie) will always be on hand to help in anyway we can. Other things to note Modern amenities include underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, induction hob, coffee machine and USB ports on sockets. Please note - this is our home so it is lived in, meaning we don’t clear out all of our stuff. It is of course kept very tidy and there is plenty of space for you, we just ask you to please be mindful.
