Welcome to my colourful Georgian apartment — a creative retreat in one of Plymouth’s quietest and greenest areas, just moments from Blockhouse Park with views towards Plymouth Sound, Dartmoor and the Tamar Valley. Filled with antiques, books, art and vibrant décor. Huge Georgian windows and a beautiful central light well. Perfect for couples, solo travellers, creatives or remote workers, this is a peaceful space to recharge. The space The apartment is a spacious one-bedroom flat within a large Georgian townhouse and is entirely yours during your stay. Features include: King-size bed Fast Wi-Fi Dedicated workspace Free off-street parking Smart TV Real working fireplace Japanese-style soaking tub Washer/dryer Fully equipped kitchen with air fryer, oven, microwave and cooking essentials Outdoor space Tea, coffee, herbs, spices and cooking basics are provided. The bedroom is calm and neutral for restful sleep, while the living room is colourful, cosy and full of character. The entrance is on the ground floor, under the stairs is a washer and dryer which you are welcome to use. Upstairs you come to a large hallway with high ceiling and a beautiful Georgian light well. The kitchen is colourful and fully equipped with toaster, microwave, air fryer, fridge freezer, oven, grill. Please help yourself to any foodstuffs (I just ask that you leave any unopened alcohol as is). The bathroom is newly decorated with a shower and Japanese soaking tub. The living room is colourful with large windows and an open fire. There is gas central heating but in winter feel free to light the fire for a cozy evening. Wood and smokeless coal are provided. I just ask for an honesty donation for this. There is a 32inch smart TV on a stand so you can watch it either in the lounge or the bedroom. Guitar, games and books. Guest access The entire apartment is available for your sole use. Other things to note The apartment sleeps a maximum of 2 guests in the king-size bed only. Please no shoes upstairs to help protect the new wool carpets. No food or drink in the bedroom except water. No smoking. There is no cleaning fee. The outside rubbish bins are down the side of the building out the back by the parking. All bins are shared with the other apartments in the building. It's not essential but helpful to the cleaner if you are able to take out your rubbish and recycling when you go. unfortunately the space is not suitable for children or pets.
