Relax with family or friends at this newly renovated house in a quiet area only 5km from the river, downtown and the U of S. The house has a propane BBQ with an enclosed yard. You will find one king and three queen sized beds and a modified pull-out couch. The house is equipped with cookware and bakeware, and is stocked with cleaning pods for the dishwasher and washing machine. There are two smart TVs good for streaming or screen sharing. There is a long driveway and free parking on the street. Guest access Guests are welcome to access the entire home and yard. The heated garage is available for an additional fee.
