On-site check in- Eagle Lodge, Town Plaza, on the village stroll, overlooking the QUIET side of the building. 500 metres away, its a 5 minutes easy walk to Whistler Gondola and surrounded by fantastic shops, nightlife, skating rink and winter play zone. Hot Tub, Gym and Ski Locker on ground floor. Paid Parking available- small spacing. Min 25 years old policy. The space Independently owned and privately managed on a number of sites we offer an on-site Full service front desk to get you checked in. We have all our own hotel quality linen and are fantastically stocked for crockery, cutlery and glassware. Sleeps 4-6 guests for nightly or short term stays using existing bedding, Additional rollaway and linen can be booked through Owner for a nominal fee via Reception if you have more than 4-6 guests. Maximum 4 Guests for long term monthly stays. You will find 2 bedrooms - Master bedroom with King size bed and ensuite with bath. Second bedroom has Double bed. Hotel Quality linen throughout. Excellent storage in the spacious renovated mirrored wardrobes. Main bathroom equipped with shower, hair dryer, iron & board and personal amenities. Wall hung flat screen TV's in every room, dvd player and large selection of DVD in living room, puzzles and card games, free 5g wifi, desk/workspace with stereo system , beautiful leather modular lounge, brand new carpet- spacious open living area, balcony perfect for watching the sun set, fully equipped kitchen, with plenty of cooking utensils and serving ware, new high speed washing machine/dryer. Work out in the Gymnasium on the ground floor of Eagle Lodge or relax in the indoor Hot Tub adjacent to the gym and change rooms. ** HOT TUB AND GYM CURRENTLY UNDER RENOVATION, expected finish is Late 2026. Secure stall parking with 8ft ceilings ( tight space for wide vehicles) managed by the front desk is available at check in with direct lift access from the apartment building - approx $20per night. Larger vehicles ( such as sprinters) can utilise the central municipal owned paid spaces approx $30 nightly. BIKE STORAGE - Reception can advise if space is available in the secure bike storage room you can lock your bike up in, however If your bike is very valuable, we recommend exploring paid storage. Garbanzo Downhill Rental Store at the base of the Whistler Mountain Bike Park can Check-in your bike and you can pay at the store for day or overnight storage, your bike will be safe with them. Head up the village stroll to “G1” Valet Storage located downstairs in the Carlton Lodge at the base of Whistler. They are open from 9am-8pm and the rates are competitive. Call them for a quote. Throughout the village there are also bike racks to use with chains. Bylaws prohibit bikes or skis/boards being taken past the first floor. CCTV throughout Town Plaza can track back damage in hallways and apartments due to unauthorised bike or ski storage and there will be fees charged against the bond. Our apartment is upmarket and well maintained. We have received a 5 star rating for every guest we have hosted in winter for the last 6 years and thank you for your help in maintaining this. Primary renter must be 25 years + with government issued photo ID to match credit card used for security deposit ($500 held on card )at time of check In. Guest access On-site Full Service Front desk located 4314 Main st Whistler in the lobby of the deer lodge to check you in. Head to the secure underground parking interconnecting all 3 lodges of the Town Plaza to park and unpack and head up the elevator to the second floor. Turn left out of the lift and head down the hallway to the end, and we are located in the quietest part of the building. You will have sole and complete use of the entire apartment and access to all public spaces within the building for the duration of your stay. For early arrivals and late departures we offer a secure luggage storage service free of charge. Simply take your bags with you ate time of check in or check out and ask the Whistler Reception staff to store for you. You are also welcome to freshen up and shower/change/use the gym/spa in the Base of the Eagle lodge if you have already checked in or are departing after your check out time. Simply request access from the Whistler Reception staff. Covid Positive Case Management If any guest advises they test positive to C19 while staying in our apartment, or prior to check out, our cleaner requires a full 24 hours prior to entry and clean and will then do a deep clean. Any additional cleaning fees incurred are at the guest’s expense. We would need to manage the 24 hours gap, regarding current bookings. If there is a 24 gap between bookings, there would be no further issue, apart from the additional deep clean the guest will incur. If we have back to back bookings, we would need to 'create' a 24 hour buffer between the departure and the clean, either by the guest who has tested positive checking out a day earlier, (we need to be able to manage the impact on the calendar) or by the next incoming guest being accommodated elsewhere for a night and both of these options will be at the expense of the guest testing positive for Covid. Please help us manage our bookings and avoid being impacted by taking good care of your health Other things to note A credit card in the name of the Primary renter 25+ will be required with government issued photo jd and a $500 security deposit will be held against the card at time of check in with the Front desk.
