The space This home is across the street from Boyne Mountain and offers a pedestrian walkway to get there. I wouldn't want to hike skis and boots by foot, but it's certainly close enough after enjoying dinner/drinks and getting home safely. It also sits fairly close to the road so there will be road noise. We aim to paint the most accurate picture of our listings so each guest knows what to expect and is 100% pleased when they arrive! This property also offers flexibility for groups. It is a single family, stick built home (although it appears to be long and skinny like a mobile home) with a "mother-in-law" suite on the other side of the driveway. We are offering it as a separate rental but both homes can be rented for larger groups. That being said. If you choose to rent only this home, you may have 'strangers/new friends you've never met' on the other side of the driveway. You're welcome.
