Staying at the Katz Kompound is like a spa get away in the suburbs with your own space. We aim for folks to be able to come visit and leave completely relaxed. While tranquility is one of the goals, it’s also a great location to access plenty of adventure sports like kite boarding, surfing, hiking and much more. It’s also a great spot for deep work! Our property is perfect for those looking for an escape to focus on their projects, for a romantic escape or vacations in a peaceful space designed for relaxation and creativity, where you can unwind and let your imagination soar. Guest access Guests will have access to this house and the pateo (access to the home owners house is not included). Other things to note To ensure everyone's safety, please keep the gates closed. We have an outdoor gym area with: • Full Weights set • Cage with barbell and weights • Yoga mats • Strings / elastics • TRX straps The house has an ensuite bathroom with steam shower, not an independent sauna facility. If you like golf, you can check the golf courses in Herdade da Aroeira. They are good and not far from the house. They also have tennis and padel courses.
