Villa Del Sol

Our cozy, comfortable, one bedroom cottage type home is the perfect place to experience all we have to offer in The Villages. Enjoy unlimited sunshine, golf, swimming pools, nightly entertainment, dancing, fine dining and lots of shopping. Home includes everything you would need in a vacation home. The space This is a sunny, cozy, one bedroom patio-type home. There is a sliding glass door out to a small patio, and an enclosed screened patio in front that's perfect for your morning coffee or glass of wine as the sun goes down. The large backyard is not fenced. The villa is tiled and we welcome small pets for a $50 non-refundable pet fee (paid directly). Guest access Access the house via a key code attached to the garage door. Inside you will find a house key and gate pass for the neighborhood. Everything in the house is usable by our guests. It is 700 sq ft, fully furnished including a dining area, fully appointed kitchen, living room with TV/DVD/cable/internet WiFi, a queen sofa bed. The bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet and full bathroom (step in shower/tub). Cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, iron and board are available in the utility closet. There is an attached garage that houses the washer and dryer and is available to house your car. There is also parking for two vehicles in the driveway. Please check out The Villages website to see all of the things that will be available to you with the $50 villages temporary ID card (or free guest passes are available if preferred). If you are a first time visitor to the Villages, you will be amazed. Other things to note If you have overnight guests, there is a queen sofa bed in the living room. There is a procedure for you to get guest passes in your name for your guests so that they may enjoy the same privileges as yourself. Ask me for details. Sheets, towels, hair dryer, blankets and extra pillows are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked.
