This is an older home built in the 1900’s with new upgrades,accommodations and modernizations.Each bedroom contains a queen size bed and extra blankets,ceiling fans,window air conditioners in every room .The living room is equipped with a 2-68” ceiling fan also and window ac.There is no central air conditioning but central heating,there are 43” led tv in upstairs room and living room and 43” tv in downstairs bedroom and all with cable. The space Relax in the extreme spacious backyard with deck and shade trees and fire pit and patio with bbq grill. Some of the air conditioners are self containing units which means they well need to be manually drained sometimes depending on heavy usage,there is a plug on the side that you simply pull off and place bowl at spout where water will drain and replace plug. Other things to note Please clean up any dog poop or cat poop left in the backyard or anywhere on the property or there will be an extra added pet cleaning fee request of a minimum of $100.00 or more aside from the standard pet fee if you bring a pet.The pet fee is for the animal to be in the home not for the owner to clean up piles of poop left by them.
