Rocklands Retreat is situated in the village of Rocklands All Saints NR17 1TU a central mid Norfolk location. 27 mins by car to historic Norwich, 35 mins from Wroxham (Norfolk Broads) 1 hour away from Great Yarmouth and Cromer on the coast. It is run by Anne a private host who will welcome you on arrival. Rocklands is a small peaceful village with a community shop for all essentials, plus local produce, off license, fresh coffee and Norfolk ice-cream. Village pub The White Hart pub is a 5min wal The space Self contained purposed built cabin. Hot tub nearby for exclusive use of cabin guest One main room with king-size bed, kitchenette, TV and clothes storage facility. Folding door leads to a full shower room with wall mounted shower and shower screen, plumbed in toilet and sink with mirror. The cabin sits on a gravelled surface looking out onto fields. the gravelled space has a bistro table and chairs with sun umbrella . There is a BBQ with first bag of coal included. The cabin sits within an acre meadow for exclusive use of cabin guests with a few benches, picnic bench and sun loungers to utilise. Guest access Rocklands retreat is within the grounds of The Coach House a gated 3 acre site. Guests enter through gates along a solar lit gravelled drive to a secure private parking area. A short walk on a gravelled path takes guest to the cabin.The cabin is one level. It has outside lighting, set of doubled glazed french doors with secure Yale lock. A small step to get into the cabin and then everything is on one level. Other things to note Rocklands Retreat is centrally placed to explore all Norfolk has to offer. There are basic cooking facilities within cabin plus BBQ outside. Within a 5 minutes walk there are full pub facilities at The White Hart pub daily home cooked menu while across road coffee and cake can be enjoyed at the community shop. FAQs Is there a minimum stay? Yes 2 night minimum stay, and a discount for 7 night stays. What’s included? King size bed, bedding. Full kitchen etc including hob and under counter i fridge. Shower. Towels. Hairdryer. Dressing gowns Hot tub exclusive to each cabin. Children? Sorry, no children. Dogs? Sorry, no dogs. How can I change my booking? Please email us to request a change in your booking. What time can I check in? 4pm. What time do I need to check out? 10am – 12 Noon. Do I have to pre-pay for my stay? Yes. Do I have to pay a security deposit? No. What happens if I need to cancel? Full refund if cancelled prior to 7 days before your stay. Are there noise restrictions Yes 11pm – 8am, please be respectful to other guests outwith this time. Where can I park my car? Car park approximately 35 meters away from the pods. Can I recharge my electric car? Sorry, no. Where do I take my rubbish? Bins are in the car park. Can I book the whole site? Yes you can.
