Quiet, bright double room in First floor flat with private entrance. Great access for Birchwood business/ industrial parks, M6 and M62, Birchwood train station is 20 mins walk with access to Warrington, Manchester and Liverpool. Ideal for singles and couples, the room has a smart TV/monitor, work space, internet access and full use of a well-equipped kitchen, with basic cooking essentials available. Free parking is right outside, private balcony for smoking. I have two friendly indoor cats. The space Outside, free parking and private stairs to upper flat. NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE. Once inside it's all on one level, with open plan kitchen/living room to the left, bathroom and guest room on the right. Guest access Open plan kitchen and living room, bathroom and your own room. Host bedroom is right at the end. The door will often be open to allow access to cats, but please leave this room otherwise private. During your stay I'm often about and happy to help you find anything you need. I'm happy to chat if you like, but if you'd prefer not, I can keep to myself, and just be available if you need a hand. Other things to note I have two cats, so if you have allergies, the space is unlikely to be suitable. Please feel free to leave your own door open or closed depending on whether you'd like to welcome them in! Lint roller available!
