Welcome to Sørlandshuset by the sea with fantastic views and good sun conditions. Find rest and recharge your batteries with a morning swim in Tromøysund or enjoy the view with a cup of coffee on your own jetty. The house has a berth and a private boathouse where you can enjoy long summer evenings or cuddle up under a blanket and enjoy the sea view. Parking with space for two cars. Central location with good public transport to Arendal city center. Short walking distance to grocery stores, cafe, restaurant and gym. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are not included in the price but can be rented for NOK 299 per person. Please let us know in advance if you want to rent or bring your own, and we will adapt accordingly.
