This house is accessible to people with reduced mobility thanks to its double room on the ground floor. Come visit our beautiful region and stay in this magnificent, fully renovated house with every comfort. The space On the ground floor, a large spacious living room with TV, a fully equipped open kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. There is also 1 bathroom, a play area with TV, pool table, board games, games for little ones, and 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with a double bed. For added safety for toddlers, there is a safety gate at the stairs on the ground floor and upstairs. There are 2 travel cots available that can be set up in any room. Outside, a wooded area, quiet and equipped with garden furniture, deck chairs, ping pong table, foosball, a small trampoline, petanque balls, darts, molkky, and bowling for the little ones... House with latest-generation electric heating for the colder times of the year. Guest access The space is all for you whether inside or outside. People with reduced mobility can fully enjoy this place thanks to an entrance door at the rear of the house that is large enough for a wheelchair to pass through. The door for access to the downstairs bedroom is also large, allowing a wheelchair to pass through. For late check-ins or self check-in, the house can be accessed via a lockbox. The code is sent to you around 1 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Other things to note A fondue set, a raclette set, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and a washing machine are also available. There is a gas barbecue, a Weber barbecue, and a small classic barbecue. There are 2 coffee makers: a classic and one with dolce gusto pods. Linens and towels can be provided for an additional charge of €50. Just request it by message. With this option, once you arrive, all you have to do is drop off your luggage; the beds will be made. It is also possible to request cleaning at the end of the stay for a surcharge of €50. Otherwise, you must return the place in perfect condition. If not, you may be asked for an additional fee once you check out. For your bed linens when the option is not requested, for 3 double beds of 140*190 cm, provide a 220*240 cm duvet and 2 standard pillows per bed, and for a single bed of 90*190 cm, provide a duvet and a pillow. As a reminder: It is forbidden to sleep in beds without sheets or pillowcases. Bath mats and tea towels are always at your disposal.
