1 bedroom apartment located in Massey Drive. Rental includes double bed with extra linens, spacious bathroom, comfortable and clean living area with Fibe tv, Netflix, Prime, wi-fi included. Kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, kettle, water cooler, dishes. Private entrance. Pet friendly. The space The house is situated on a quiet residential street. You will have the entire downstairs level of a three level home. The host family lives upstairs with their Golden retriever, so you will hear some noise from above. While we welcome pets, the yard is not fenced. Guest access You will enter the unit from the back entrance of the house. Follow the driveway to the back and the door is immediately on the right. Other things to note We live upstairs, so you will hear noises from above. We have a dog and he can sometimes be noisy (barking or nails on the floor, as he walks through the house). If we happen to do a load of laundry, you will hear the washing machine draining through the bathtub. The furnace room is next to the bedroom and you will likely hear it cutting in from time to time.
