The space Welcome to my home in which I have made a private space with your own private entrance, to rent periodically while visiting local friends/family or wanting to explore the South East & London. Ideal for parents to visit their child boarding at Caterham School as this comfortable studio style space is literally opposite the School. We are near several golf clubs & and not too far from Lingfield Park Racecourse if attending an event. * Apart from the double bedroom I have included a sofa & fold-out small single bed in the sitting room/mini kitchenette, which could accommodate a 3rd person on either. * The mini kitchenette will serve your needs for simple meals you assemble at home. * The neighbourhood is a quiet one. Once through the main gate, the Airbnb space can be accessed by walking down the right side of the house reaching a small patio and unlocking the sliding doors to the spacious bedroom, lounge/workspace/mini kitchenette & private shower room. The driveway is gated. Off road parking & EV charging point (remember to bring your own adapters & lead). The front garden is used by myself and I offer the back garden for Airbnb guests. Someone is either at the property to assist or near by if needed. Note: the fire pit & BBQ are well used and located at the front of the house, they can be used where they are or moved to suit your needs. Guest access The Airbnb space is attached to the back of the house. Other things to note - Gatwick airport holiday parking space, on site, is available for 1 car at a modest fee. - Transfers to & from Gatwick on advance request only (fee) & if available - EV charging point on site, bring your own adaptors & plug. - The 2 bikes (1 men’s style push bike & 1 women style electric push bike) on site could be used (on advance request only) & if available.
