Plenty of room for boat and/or trailer parking! Guest access Guests will be provided with a four digit code prior to check-in for the lock box located to the right of the front door containing the key to the front door. Other things to note The tenants and tenants guest(s) shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the landlord and/or host against any and all claims of injury, property damage, or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury, or loss.
