Park your car in our private lot and enjoy everything that Brattleboro has to offer. Relax in VT comfort in a huge bedroom with an electric fireplace and relaxing private front deck. New full bath and kitchen. The High Street downtown neighborhood is a lovely, safe area filled with classic stately homes. Enjoy walking to everything you need, and sample excellent restaurants, bars, art and entertainment. The property is a three minute walk to the corner of High and Main, the center of downtown. The space You will find the apt has a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, Nespresso machine and lots more to use. If there's something not there, just ask since we live next door! We've also included an additional retro beverage refrigerator for your juices or some famous VT craft beer. Two new smart TVs are waiting for you, and they both include a free Peacock subscription on us, and you can sign in for other services. Wifi is of course included, and it's fast fiber. You'll have a NEW full bath to enjoy with a tub/shower combo, plus a half bath down the hall (past our growing "Little Library" of books) near the huge bedroom. Our wonderful upstairs tenant Doug gets his mail right there once daily, but otherwise no one will disturb you. The front porch is for your use only, and is conveniently accessible right from your bedroom space. There's plenty of room for you to park, even for two cars or an RV if needed. Other things to note The apartment is not really set up for a third person, but a couple with an infant or young child would be welcome and comfortable on the couch.
