The space FIRST FLOOR Our first floor open plan living area has thoughtful amenities including a 65” HD TV that can be viewed from the sofa, counter, and kitchen. The open-plan kitchen comes fully equipped with a microwave, gas stove and oven, coffee maker, and all the essentials needed to prepare a delicious meal. We even have a washer & dryer in the pantry. There is a clever pull out workspace tucked under the stairs if you need to catch up on a few minutes of work during your stay. We provide free Starlink Wi-fi during your stay. You can also find yoga mats and blocks in the storage drawers under the stairs if maximum relaxation is on your agenda. SECOND FLOOR On the upper level, you’ll find the bedroom suite featuring a king sized bed, an attached spa bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower with double shower heads and soaking tub, and a private balcony perfect for a morning coffee or sunset cocktail. ADDITIONAL SLEEPING SPACE The first floor living area has a queen sized sofa bed for additional sleeping space. We can also provide an extra tall queen size blow up mattress on request. LOCATION Garbo’s Goodnight is easily accessible from the main road, but the rear has unobstructed views of the Texas rural countryside and the Colorado River. Garbo’s Goodnight also offers private river access to the Colorado River. Its location is the perfect place for an easy weekend getaway. Each unit can be rented separately or together. The units have an internal connecting door, designed to offer families and groups the option to stay close to one another while maintaining privacy when desired. Guests have exclusive access to their unit during their stay. The first floor deck is shared with the other unit. Other things to note Your hosts James and Joannie live on the opposite side of the 5-acre property with their five dogs. A fence separates their home from Garbo’s Goodnight, ensuring you enjoy privacy and comfort during your stay. They are frequently busy on their side of the property but you may occasionally see them and the dogs down by the water landing.
