Kim's Lodge Riverside Park Nr Goodwood & The Sea

Relax in a Holiday Park setting in my beautiful Lodge/Home, as my guest. Offering 1 double room with own bathroom, use of Park facilities if required, near to beach, Chichester and Goodwood! This is a central location near to Littlehampton, Arundel, Goodwood, West Wittering, and Chichester, with some fabulous pubs, restaurants, and tourist spots to enjoy. In addition, you are within a short walk of an array of shops/restaurants. Would love to welcome you to this beautiful part of the world. The space My guests are welcome to relax and make use of the whole Lodge whilst they stay with me. There is a beautiful open plan lounge, dinning and kitchen area leading onto wrap around decking which is a sun trap for sun lovers weather permitting! There is free wifi, and you are welcome to use the amenities such as the washing machine, cooker, microwave, and hob. There will be room in the fridge and freezer and a cupboard in kitchen should you need it. There is the option of guest passes for use of the Park facilities such as the clubhouse and swimming pools, at an extra cost of £10 per person day if required. I also have a beautiful german shepherd dog called Dexter, so please be aware that you need to be a dog friendly person(s) to enjoy your stay with me. Guest access The bedroom is light and airy. There is a wardrobe and drawers in the room, and access to a TV with Netflix. The bathroom is right next door with exclusive use to you whilst you stay, and has a shower, as well as a bath. Towels will be provided if required, along with soap, shampoo and conditioner, and you will have use of bathrobes if you need them. There is a possibility of a 2nd double bedroom with ensuite at the same cost of £145 per room (for 1 or 2 extra people), should you require it, please message me if this is required). During your stay This is my home so I will be around during your stay, although I do keep myself to myself, but should you need help, information and/or advice about the local area and anything else to do with your stay, I will be only too happy to help. I want to make sure you have a lovely stay with me whilst you are in the area. Other things to note I think it is important to note that I live in a quiet area, so if you are looking for a peaceful location and setting this will be ideal. If you are party animals this is probably not for you! ... although late nights are, of course, acceptable. I would also ask you to respectfully clean up after yourselves if you use the kitchen amenities. The Park itself has a clubhouse and 2 swimming pools access of which would be at a cost of £10 per person per day for guest passes. Outside of that you are within walking distance of shops, including food shops and eateries. Bognor Regis is walkable as so is the beach. I have have 2 bikes which you would be welcome to use to explore the area. Further afield there are buses to Chichester and Littlehampton. Arundel a beautiful spot, and Goodwood is a short distance too. There are some lovely coastal pubs and many local pubs have live music on the weekends.
