Charming farmhouse apartment in the Florentine hills a few km from the historic center. Equipped with a private courtyard perfect for dining and relaxation. Access to the supermarket and train station where you can reach the central station of SMN in about 10 minutes. Recommended but not essential to have a car, not suitable for campers. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and parking on the property. Lucia, Antonio and Giorgos, an elderly and peaceful Greek dog, will welcome you. The space Accommodation Details: Ground Floor: A fully equipped eat-in kitchen. Upper Floor: A bathroom with a washing machine, a bedroom with a double bed, and a living room featuring a sofa bed that converts into a double bed. Outdoor Space: A private shaded panoramic courtyard with a dining table, ideal for enjoying meals or unwinding in the tranquil surroundings. Other things to note From November 1st to April 15th, in accordance with current regulations, the house can be heated with an easy-to-use pellet stove that guests can manage independently. The stove requires a very quick daily cleaning (with a small vacuum cleaner) which is carried out by the owners, agreeing whith the guests the best time to do it.
