HIDDEN GEM Ideally situated in the heart of North Port located a mile from Warm Mineral Springs. Less than 25 minutes from the Shark Tooth Capital, Braves Stadium/Wellen Park, close to beaches, and a family aquatic center is just up the road. Make yourself at home with comfy beds (black out curtains), equipped kitchen (with coffee bar), two bathrooms (stocked with towels & toiletries), and a large Florida room (pool table and board games) overlooking the private backyard (Grill and firepit). The space Two bedrooms; one king bed and with queen,, super comfortable. TVs in both rooms. We don’t have cable; but they are smart TVs and we have fast WiFi. The portable AC in the lanai is usually left on the entire time. This will help keep that area cool for your comfort. The sun shades can be open as you wish; but the sun in Florida is hot. The board games are in the guest bedroom and the pool table in the lanai has a lot of extra features! Have fun. Guest access Lighted driveway large enough for several vehicles. Lockbox entrance on front door. Large back yers for relaxation.
