Located within a 10 min drive to the beautiful waters of Dale Hollow Lake & the renowned State Park Golf course, but also a private location with a beautiful view. The space The main floor has a large kitchen and spacious living area with vaulted ceilings along with the master bedroom & bath and a half bath. The master has a king bed and a futon. The second floor has a loft with a futon overlooking the main floor with two bedrooms and a full bath. There are three queen beds on the second floor. The full basement has a wide-open area for gathering, games and such with a pull-out couch for sleeping. There is a large bedroom with a queen, a twin and a twin over double bunk. The basement walks out to a large patio with a hot tub, grill, fire pit and sitting area. Other things to note Large Parking area behind the house.
