The Historic Havana Cottage is a beautiful two bedroom, one bath, fully restored historic building in the heart of Downtown Havana, Illinois with a one of a kind, private outdoor courtyard patio, featuring your own mural. The brick building, originally built in 1945 as a downtown law office, has undergone a full restoration including new windows, doors, paint, fixtures, upgrades and a brand new mural in the outdoor private courtyard behind the cottage. Think downtown garden district colonial. The space The cottage is conveniently located just a half block off Main Street in the heart of Havana’s revitalized downtown. It has two separate bedrooms each with a queen size bed, a large brand new bathroom with a full sized tub/shower and custom tile heated floor, spacious and comfortable living room and a full kitchen featuring brand new appliances. One of the most unique features of the cottage is the private outdoor patio and courtyard in the back of the property just outside the kitchen door. There are no steps and the cottage is all ground level making access very easy and convenient. We have stocked it with everything you might need to make your stay as cozy, comfortable and stress-free as possible, so please be our guest! Guest access Guests will have the entire property to themselves including the private back patio and courtyard. Other things to note Once a booking is confirmed, guests will receive the electronic code to the front door on the morning of check-in to allow self check in at their convenience.
