Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. A Lincolnshire themed shepherds hut in the heart of the Wolds The space A spacious hut with kitchenette, shower, hand basin and loo. The dining area turns into the bedroom by folding down the bed to utilise space. Outside eating area with a wood fired hot tub and outdoor chess set. There’s a small lake whch is home to many frogs and the occasional pair of ducks. The view is unbelievable and the wildlife extraordinary. Over on the hill there is deer farm and the sound of the stags rutting at certain times of the year has to be heard. We are just off the Viking way and if you’re a downhill biker, very close to Hamilton Hill. Loads of fabulous walks and a fantastic village pub, The oldest thatched pub in Lincolnshire circa 1367 Other things to note I haven’t even mentioned the birdlife… we are on the edge of what is locally known as the cliff and apparently it’s a lovely flight for a bird to be in its downdraft. We see ducks, geese, Canadian geese, buzzards, kestrals….. and crows and pigeons!
