Forget your worries in this spacious and peaceful space located near Hoover Reservoir in Westerville, Ohio. We enjoy hosting with hospitality in mind. Enjoy your designated bedroom, den, & bathroom with door locks upstairs in our home. *NOT A PRIVATE APARTMENT* We hope that you have time to enjoy the patio & fire pit area during your stay. Our home is on a bike path that leads to a nearby park and the Hoover Reservoir. Shopping and several restaurants are within two miles. The space You are booking a room, bathroom, and bonus space in your host's home. All your designated/private rooms have locks. THIS IS NOT A PRIVATE APARTMENT, but we do our best to value your privacy. The hosts do share the home and you may cross paths (on the stairs usually) during your stay. Beyond your designated bedroom, den, and bathroom, we are on an acre lot with a patio, grill, and fire pit area. Our property is connected to the local bike path for easy access to Hoover Reservoir & community parks. We are only a few miles from Polaris Mall and several restaurants. Uptown Westerville has a vibrant small business community and two of our favorite coffee houses! We are perfectly located for relaxing, exercising, and local food & entertainment. We often host guests who are visiting Otterbein University, or attending a wedding at Jorgeson Farms. Guest access You will be given a 4 digit code approximately 24 hours before your stay. Please feel free to come and go at your leisure during your stay. The door lock automatically engages when you close the door. Our guest entry is the front door. Other things to note -We provide a few snacks, coffee, water, & tea. -We are a no shoes in the house household. We provide clean slippers for you to use before heading upstairs for your stay, or feel free to bring your own. -We sleep with a sound machine on, so you are free to arrive late or depart early without worry. - Heather (host) owns a gifting business. If you are visiting for a special event, she can work with your budget to curate something charming! -Have you ever been interested in trying plant based eating? Heather (host), will prepare a full plant based meal for you during your stay, including an appetizer and dessert! She will provide this experience for $25 per person.
