A perfect location to recharge your spirit, ponder and think, and mull over a big decision. Enjoy my home as if it's yours! The space Situated on the second floor of a three story walk-up, my home has windows on all sides, feeling more like a house than an apartment. There are three fireplaces (non-working), adding to the cozy decor and each room have ductless mini-split heat pumps, ensuring whatever the weather outside, it's just right inside. The dining room also functions as an office, with a dual-monitor corner desk setup, perfect for getting work done. As well, hash out some big-picture thinking on the giant white board, or just enjoy a meal and the warm ambiance of the room. The living room offers plenty of space to stretch, unwind and relax. Enjoy a movie with the big screen projection wall, offering Netflix, Youtube and Amazon Prime streaming services (account login required). Throughout my home is my library of books and things I've collected over the years of travel. Please feel free to enjoy yourself, and read what you like. I only ask you put things back where you found them. The kitchen is what I would call a "cooks kitchen", providing all the basics, and then some, to make and enjoy a great meal. There's space in the fridge, ensuring you can grab some items to cook, or perhaps the leftovers you've brought back from one of the amazing restaurants right outside the front door. The bedroom is quiet, cozy and setup to ensure you get a good nights rest after your busy day exploring all the hiking trails, restaurants and shops Cold Spring has to offer. Guest access You've got full access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom and workspace. Feel right at home in this light-filled dream of a space. Other things to note Please note: This is my actual home, and don’t feel comfortable having large groups in my space. I do not approve or agree to hosting parties, get-together or events in my home, and ask that all guests on premise be added to the booking. Additionally, I am highly allergic to animals, be it your cuddly buddy or your service dog, no animals are allowed in my home, and this is not negotiable. Thanks for respecting my wishes and space.
