Your access includes: All four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The main living area, kitchen, and dining space. The ground-floor game room. The outdoor hot tub and hammock. On-site EV Charger for electric vehicles. A backup generator for uninterrupted comfort. The only areas not accessible to guests are a locked cleaner's closet and the utility room. Other things to note - The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others). - Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked - We have an additional 5 Str Co-Host Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here. - After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking.
