The large sun room and enormous backyard deck are some of the stand out features we offer as well as being located five minutes to the Chautauqua Institution, restaurants, stores & more. The space *Single level home with private driveway able to park 4 vehicles *Large front & back yard. Also located across the street from Mayville Lakeside Park. *Full sized kitchen & dining area that seats 6. *Huge deck with outdoor seating & views of the lake. * Located on a quiet dead end street but central to all Mayville has to offer. Guest access Enjoy the entire home and yard. The garage is not for guest use at this time. Other things to note Although we will not discriminate against Service animals, the homeowners have allergies to pets. We highly encourage you to please book somewhere else if you have an animal that you will be traveling with. We offer pontoon boat rentals to our guests.
