(Tip: If you are renting the boat on a Saturday, they will usually let you pick it up on Friday afternoon at 5:00 for just $150 more. That gives you an entire evening to enjoy the lake!) The pool is less than a 5 minute walk. It has a fun water slide for kids and a relaxing fountain in the middle. As you walk down to the lake, you can enjoy fishing from the bank, or just sit on one of the provided benches to take in the sounds and sights directly. Guest access Guests will enjoy access to the entire condo, including three bedrooms, a large open kitchen with spacious living room, and a private balcony overlooking beautiful Lake Martin. Guests also have access to the boat slip that is on the end of the dock. This slip is in deeper water and able to used through around October 15.
