Guesthouse in Davis

Relax in a peaceful neighborhood close to downtown Davis. Here, you’re only a 20 minute drive to Sacramento! There’s a lovely park next door and a path that leads straight to downtown Davis. There’s grocery stores nearby, and the guesthouse is outfitted with a personal kitchen complete with all your cooking needs. There’s an outdoor patio and yard that you can also enjoy. Inside, there’s a queen size bed and a pullout sleeper couch for some extra sleep space. Enjoy your private section of Davis! The space Private studio space with a large walk-in closet, kitchenette, and bathroom. There’s a queen bed for two and a pullout sleeper couch that sleeps 1 comfortably and perhaps 2 if you’re small or friendly. We have an extra mattress in the closet that we can set up for you if need be. There’s also a washer and dryer in the garage downstairs so feel free to use. Guest access Get here through the gate by the garage and go up the steps. You’re free to use the yard as well and if there’s anything in the main house that you’d like to use, just ask :)
