The space Altos de la Viuda is a complex managed and administered by El Diablo Chic, maintaining a high degree of guest satisfaction, with a total area of 2500 m2 composed of 10 houses with an excellent layout and environments designed so that you can live a unique experience as if it were your own beach house. Fully equipped and independent, facing the wonderful natural dunes of fine white sand on the Viuda beach in Punta del Diablo. Commonly used by guests, the complex has a heated saltwater pool in a setting of more than 100m² of thermal tiles with wooden loungers and side tables that we call SOLARIUM, a living room with rattan sofas, complimentary infusions, board games, a reading space in a relaxing and quiet environment with a beautiful garden with a tropical touch surrounding the pool environment. Located on the second line, our superior duplexes are the largest houses we have since they have 2 floors which generates incredible views of the ocean and the lighthouse from inside the property at the top ideal 5 guests maximum 7. Upstairs you will find a living room integrated with the kitchen, you will have incredible views of the ocean with large windows and also a large terrace accessible from the living room at the top. The kitchen and dining area offers you a very spacious and very bright space. In the living room you will find an auxiliary sailor bed, a table with chairs for lunch or dinner, a social bathroom, also TV and if you come in winter you can enjoy our wood stove with grill. On the ground floor, full bathroom with bidet next to the bedrooms, washing machine, master bedroom with closet and air conditioning, a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed with closet and fan. Outside you will have a covered grill with table, benches  and an excellent view of the ocean. The 2 units have parking for 1 vehicle next to the property with a sun cover. If you come with more than one vehicle, you can park it in front of the complex. Your safety and well-being are our priority: the complex is guarded by 10 cameras in the common areas, guaranteeing a safe stay without cameras in the rooms. Each of the houses has a separate covered grill (barbecue) with a table and benches so you can enjoy cooking a good local catch.
