Ideal for an authentic stay for families or groups of friends, with all modern comforts in a preserved and rejuvenating natural environment. The space Ground floor: You will find two bedrooms, one of which opens onto a sheltered terrace with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying a coffee in the morning or an aperitif in the evening, while enjoying the tranquility and views of nature. This level also includes a bathroom with shower, as well as a large living/dining room with two leather sofas and a brick fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped (gas stove, microwave, toaster, fridge, coffee machine). The living room opens onto a veranda with dining table and mountain views. Upstairs: A mezzanine converted into a living room leads to a second bathroom with bathtub and a bedroom with two beautiful openings to the mountains. Basement: The garage houses a second fridge and washing machine. Outside: A private pool surrounded by sun loungers invites you to relax with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. A barbecue area and outdoor table are available for alfresco dining. Parking is available in front of the garage. Guest access The entire house and its exteriors as well as the part of the garage where the washing machine and second refrigerator/freezer are located are accessible. Other things to note We provide each tenant with a quarter of a cubic meter of wood per week (i.e. 1/4 m3) to enjoy the fireplace.
