Other things to note DOG RULES ○ Dogs must always be leashed in the Kitty Hawk area as well as in Sunriver in general. ○ No pee pads or bathroom use in the house - all dogs must relieve themselves outdoors and you must clean up after. Deposit your poop bags directly into the outside trash bins. ○ Dogs are not permitted on the bedding or furniture. ○ Dogs must never be left at home alone unless they are crated/kenneled. ○ *** The owner of an adjacent unit has 2 large labs, of which one dog is often tied to her exterior dog post. DO NOT ALLOW YOUR DOG TO BE OFF-LEASH anywhere near the neighbor’s dog. I will be immediately notified of any such off-leash issues so please heed this notice! NO CHORES! Other than asking you to clean your own dishes, we have a “no chores” policy. We’ll take out the trash. We’ll strip the bed. You relax, we’ll clean. NOISE: This is a downstairs condo unit and there are other units in the building that are occupied by other renters and home owners. Typical noise for such a situation can be expected. We have never had a complaint of excessive noise. Please note, Central Oregon can experience extreme weather including snow, ice, wildfire smoke, and extreme temperatures. No refunds or compensation will be given if the Property is unavailable, or if is available but difficult to reach (for any reason outside of our control, including but not limited to adverse weather condition, natural disasters, mechanical failures, acts of government agencies or utility outages). We advise our guests to obtain appropriate travel insurance.
