Our home is nestled on 50 acres of woods with pond and hiking trails for you to reconnect with nature. The space Located just outside of Elmira our home is a pet-free, private residence in a safe residential neighborhood in a rural setting. We are 45 minutes to the stunning Watkins Glen State Park, Raceway, and Seneca Lakes wine tasting country; one hour from Ithaca and its many state parks; 20 minutes from Arnot Hosp and Guthrie, Sayre. Parking in front of house is available and stairs are required to enter property. Guest access Second level front door with keyless entry takes you directly upstairs to 3rd floor semi-private loft overlooks owner occupied space. The hallway leads to 2 private rooms, full private bath with stand up shower. During your stay We are available to interact with guests in person or by phone Other things to note The loft is equipped with coffee, tea, table and chairs, and mini fridge. Since this is our primary residence, my husband and I occupy the main 2nd floor of our home. We are a pet-free, smoke-free home.
