Cozy Modern Annex

Our annexe is situated in the heart of the historical town of Epworth and within a one minute walk of the market place with a variety of shops, churches, eateries and pubs. It is close to lots of open countryside; ideal for walking and cycling. We are 3 miles from Junction 2 of M180 with access to Doncaster, Leeds, Sheffield and Lincoln. Local attractions include Epworth Old Rectory museum, The Trolley Bus museum and The Yorkshire Wildlife Park. The space The annexe has been a labour of love for my husband and me. It has been built specifically for guests, as when we first moved to Epworth 9 years ago, we felt like we were on holiday, so wanted to share that with others. As you can see from the photograph, this annexe is a first floor building, however, there are lit, private access stairs leading to it. Although it appears to be adjoined to our house, the bedroom at the back is separated by the stairway and the main living area at the front of the house benefits from an extra external wall so the space is extremely sound proofed from the main house. Guests also have access, through our garden, to a garden room. Once inside, this is a lovely private space as shown in the photos. Guest access There is a private, lit staircase to the annexe. Other things to note Tea, coffee, milk, bread and butter is supplied for your stay. We have a garden which, when we are not using, is available for guests with prior arrangement. We also have a garden room, which isn't overlooked, available for guests at any time if they would like some fresh air!
