The space What We Provide: - Remodeled bathrooms stocked with premium toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand soap - High-speed internet to keep you connected - Washer/dryer for your convenience - Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, pantry staples (olive oil, spices, coffee), and cleaning products - Iron and other essentials for a comfortable stay - Hairdryer available Outdoor Experience: Step out from the dining room/kitchen to the expansive deck, where you'll find multiple seating areas perfect for lounging or entertaining. Enjoy outdoor couches, lounge chairs, and a picnic table that seats 8. Our 2-decks offer an ideal space to relax and soak in the natural beauty of the Sierra Foothills. Guest access - 5-minute walk to the private lake (available from approx April-Oct and drained during off-season) - A quick drive to restaurants and shopping - 10 minutes to Big Trees State Park - 20 minutes to wine tasting in Murphys - 30 minutes to Bear Valley Ski Resort Your Comfort and Safety Are Our Priority We ensure the cabin is meticulously prepared for your arrival by a professional cleaning service. Fresh bed linens and towels are always included for your convenience. Connectivity: Please note that cell reception in the area can be spotty, with Verizon providing the most reliable service. However, you can make calls via WiFi by enabling this feature in your phone's settings, ensuring you stay connected during your stay. Power Outages: Occasional PG&E outages may occur in the area. Rest assured, we provide plenty of flashlights at the cabin, and we'll keep you informed about any planned outages before and during your visit. For Our Winter Guests: If you're visiting during the winter months, we highly recommend four-wheel-drive vehicles or those equipped with snow tires for safe travel. Chains are often required, and Caltrans may set up checkpoints to ensure they’re properly installed during poor road conditions. To further ensure your comfort, we've contracted a professional snow removal service that will make every effort to have the driveway plowed before your arrival and during your stay. Other things to note Guests have access to Blue Springs HOA, which includes 2 private lakes (Fly-In Acres Lake and Blue Lake Springs Lake), a swimming pool, tennis courts, rentable BBQs, year-round restaurant (Blue Lake Bistro), playground. (There may be guest fees during peak season). *Note: there is a $50 fee for each lost guest card. Additional HOA amenities include a snack bar, free equipment rentals, a basketball court, volleyball, ping pong, an exercise room, and daily activities for kids and families. Guest pass (card) must be present and guests must check in for access. Please follow HOA rules while at the lake (e.g., no glass, no pets, no music).
