Fresh bed linens and towels are always included for your convenience. Connectivity: Please note that cell reception in the area can be spotty, with Verizon providing the most reliable service. However, you can make calls via WiFi by enabling this feature in your phone's settings, ensuring you stay connected during your stay. Power Outages: Occasional PG&E outages may occur in the area. Rest assured, we provide plenty of flashlights at the cabin, and we'll keep you informed about any planned outages before and during your visit. For Our Winter Guests: If you're visiting during the winter months, we highly recommend four-wheel-drive vehicles or those equipped with snow tires for safe travel. Chains are often required, and Caltrans may set up checkpoints to ensure they’re properly installed during poor road conditions. To further ensure your comfort, we've contracted a professional snow removal service that will make every effort to have the driveway plowed before your arrival and during your stay. Other things to note Guests have access to Blue Springs HOA, which includes 2 private lakes (Fly-In Acres Lake and Blue Lake Springs Lake), a swimming pool, tennis courts, rentable BBQs, year-round restaurant (Blue Lake Bistro), playground. (There may be guest fees during peak season). *Note: there is a $50 fee for each lost guest card. Additional HOA amenities include a snack bar, free equipment rentals, a basketball court, volleyball, ping pong, an exercise room, and daily activities for kids and families. Guest pass (card) must be present and guests must check in for access. Please follow HOA rules while at the lake (e.g., no glass, no pets, no music).
