Our beautiful home is based in Trevor near Llangollen and is the perfect place for a relaxing weekend away or an exciting holiday exploring the local area. Llangollen is a 5 minute drive and has fantastic walks, water sports, dining & bars! The bus stop is a 1 minute walk from the property. Recently renovated to a high standard we are sure you will feel right at home. The property benefits from fibre broadband, Sky entertainment package and streaming services. Dogs welcome! The space Our home is a 3 bedroom detached property with a private secure garden and onsite parking for two cars. The driveway can be accessed to the rear of the garden. Bedroom one is a king size room with an en-suite shower room and closet. Bedroom two is a double room with vanity unit and hanging rail. Bedroom three is a bunk room with small wardrobe. The living room and dining room are joined but can be separated by double doors. There is a WC off the main hall way downstairs, all doorways on the ground floor are accessible for wheelchair users. The kitchen benefits from an electric oven with gas hob, a built in fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, washing machine, microwave and air fryer. The back garden has a good sized patio with outdoor seating as well as a stoned area to catch the morning sun. There is an electric BBQ for guests to use in fair weather. Detached garage can be used upon request to store bikes, kayaks and other larger items you may bring along with you.
