House near the forest

Located in the heart of a stud farm in a quiet environment, this new house will offer you spacious areas, a beautiful exterior sheltered from the wind and from view. A beautiful nearby forest will offer you many walking paths. In addition, you can add the SPA option (private). Traveling with your horse? Boxes or a place in pasture can also be rented, contact us to discuss. The space The house is organized into a large living room-kitchen-dining room, a laundry room, toilets and a shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find a second bathroom (shower + bathtub + toilet), and 3 bedrooms: - Bedroom 1: double bed or 2 single beds - Bedroom 2: double bed or 2 single beds - Bedroom 3 (or dormitory room): two bunk beds (double at the bottom/single at the top) Sheets are provided. Towels are provided for stays longer than 2 nights. For stays of 2 nights, they can be added for an extra €5/person/stay. Essential products are there to help you out when you arrive (toilet paper, paper towels). Guest access Entire accommodation OPTIONAL HOT TUB: - €50/night for a stay of 2 nights or less - €40/night for a stay of 3 to 6 nights (20% discount) - €30/night for a stay of 7 nights or more (40% discount) PLEASE NOTE: if the instructions for use of the SPA are not respected and it is not functional for the following guests, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of up to €25 to restore it. Other things to note Warning! From 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., quiet period to be respected, no noise outside for the peace and quiet of the neighbors. Access to the spa is allowed until 10 p.m. For the well-being of all and especially the horses present on the structure, big parties and receptions are not allowed, because of the proximity to our house and the stables (5 m).
