The space The apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building. Access to the house and apartment is at ground level. The hallway of the apartment gives access to the spacious bathroom, the smaller of the two bedrooms and the living room. The pull-out leather sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if needed. The small bedroom is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed (140 cm x 190 cm), as well as a closet and a bookshelf. A small workspace with desk and office chair is also available here. From the living room you have access to the terrace and garden, which is used by you alone. The terrace faces east, an ideal place to have breakfast here on sunny days! From the living room you can access the modern and fully equipped kitchen as well as the bedroom (double bed 200 x 200). You also have direct access to the terrace from the bedroom. WiFi is available in all rooms. In the complex there is also a playground that can be used by your children.
