Minutes to lake beaches, hiking trails, golf courses, and the renowned Spa at Crystal Mountain. We are 3-35 mins driving to the charming towns of Beulah, Frankfort, Glen Arbor, Empire & Traverse City. Eat-in or visit a variety of eclectic, close-by restaurants, pubs & wineries, several featuring live music year-round. The space Welcome to the land of year-round fun! We're just 12 minutes from Crystal Mountain Ski Resort and have several snowmobile and hiking options nearby. Our cottage is three blocks from "downtown" Benzonia, set on a peaceful 1.5-acre wooded parcel. Smoking, vaping and drug use are strictly prohibited on the property. We reserve the right to charge a remediation fee of up to $400 to guests who violate this policy. NO ANIMALS in the cottage, due to host's family allergies. Please don't ask us to make exceptions- it would be the same as asking us to give up enjoying the cottage ourselves. We love four-legged friends, but sadly, because of allergies, we CANNOT accommodate them in the cottage. We have one king bed (sleeps two) and one bunk bed with a trundle (sleeps three). NOTE: bunk and trundle mattresses are twin size; each twin mattress fits one person (child or adult) ONLY. Roku TV, WiFI are available to our guests. T-mobile coverage on our property has been very reliable. Guest access Google our address and follow the Google Maps directions to arrive right at our driveway. Two private parking spots available. A well-equipped kitchen is available for preparing meals in the cottage: fridge, freezer, stovetop and oven, crockpot, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, cutting boards, teapot & kettle, wine keys, silverware, pots, pans, dishes, cups, and glasses.
