Come find serenity in this quiet accommodation with exceptional views and discover one of the most beautiful regions of France. The house will also welcome nature lovers and athletes, in all seasons. The space This Provençal house located at an altitude of 750 m in the area of St Pierre de Tourtour, in the municipality of Tourtour, enjoys exceptional views of the Var plain and the mountains of Provence (Alpilles, Sainte-Victoire, Sainte-Baume). The air is pure and the nights are cool all year round, including in summer. It is built on two levels and has recently undergone a major renovation (roof, openings, electricity, heating, sanitary facilities, surfaces, bedding, water heater, sanitation). It can accommodate up to 6 people. On the upper floor there is a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, shower room, two toilets. On the lower level, one bedroom, shower room with toilet and laundry room. The house has a shelter for one car. Each bedroom includes 2 beds of 80 x 200 cm, which can be assembled to form double beds of 160 x 200 cm. Sheets, duvets and towels are provided. Kitchen equipment includes a fridge with separate freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker and toaster. There is a washing machine available in the laundry room. Guest access The house is accessible in its entirety, with the exception of two rooms on the lower level. The estate on which it is located also allows tenants access to a 25 m outdoor swimming pool (open from June 1 to September 30), 4 tennis courts, a volleyball court, petanque courts and a table tennis table. Other things to note A detailed user manual awaits visitors, who are invited to read it in full for the smooth running of their stay and for their safety. Two versions exist, one in French, the other in English. This manual includes proposals for activities and visits to remarkable sites in this part of Provence, including the Gorges du Verdon, the village of Moustiers-Sainte-Marie and the Thoronet Abbey. Discovery routes are also offered. The land on which the house is built as well as its garden are steeply sloped and include two 'mini-cliffs'. For their safety, the outdoor activities of small children should be supervised. The garden driveway leading to the house is narrow and steep and will not be suitable for towed vehicles such as caravans, boats, etc. Finally, access to the different levels is via external stairs, the house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
