Located in the National Park a short drive to marinas, and English Harbour town with its plethora of bars and restaurants. High end and spacious to provide you with the space needed to slow down, relax, recharge and rejuvenate. Everything needed for a self-catering vacation, and a few things that just make life a little more pleasurable. All suites at LaVista Antigua have generous covered patios for alfresco dining. Each suite has fridge, gas hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker along with pots, pans and kitchenware. Renting all available suites allows you to come together to enjoy each others company but the luxury of retreating to your own private suite when you want some alone, couple time or private time. Charming, spacious, and beautifully decorated LaVista Antigua has some of the best views and sunrises in Antigua. Relaxation areas abound, both inside each suite, the large covered verandahs, and also in the landscaped garden. The infinity pool is a favoured point of relaxation for guests to come together and enjoy the outdoors, lounging on the poolside loungers watching the world go by or sitting in the pool on the swim up stools or seating platform or just letting the water trickle over you as you enjoy the infinity edge pool. 
 One of our ground floor suites has ramp access, and is step free internally except for a 5in step into the shower. Unit also has grab rails. Suitable for a mobile elder or ex athlete with bad knees etc. Please contact us to discuss beforehand if this is of interest to you as access for this unit must be by car if need to make use of its accessible features. In the unlikely event of an electrical outage the property has its own backup generator. Housekeeping staff will attend for pre arranged days during your stay. Generally a mid stay clean for bookings of 5 nights or more. Gardener, and pool person generally attend property weekly. In case of any issues or advice the management team live on site and are available to give tips, re restaurants, beaches etc and generally assist where necessary. Guest privacy is respected. Rental agreement needs to be signed for all bookings to clarify and protect for both LaVistaAntigua and the guest. Guest access Each of the five suites has it own separate front door, open plan kitche/living area bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and large verandah. Other things to note Renting a vehicle for your stay to maximize your experience in Antigua is strongly recommended. Many companies offer airport pickup. If you'd like any recommendations, please let us know. Our personal recommendation is a SUV or 4 wheel drive vehicle as they tend to handle the bumpy roads and potholes much better, giving a more comfortable ride. The road to the property is a bumpy dirt road We can provide referrals for restaurants, local eats, hiking trails, excursions, beaches, events, and everything in between. Remember to pack only reef-safe sunscreen with non-nano zinc oxide as the only active ingredient, to avoid adding any harmful chemicals to our coastal waters as much as possible! Coral around the island has been impacted by record-high temperatures leading to mass bleaching events. Our favourite effective mineral-based brands include Salt & Stone, Raw Elements, and Neutrogena Sheer Zinc Dry-Touch Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 50, all typically available on Amazon. Let's help protect our fragile marine ecosystems :) The suite has high ceilings and benefits from the ocean breezes. Air conditioning is generally not required but is available in the bedrooms. Artwork may vary from photos shown Electricity is a very expensive commodity on the island, please be very mindful with the air con, and to get most effect please ensure windows and doors are closed when in use, and turn off if you are not located in the bedroom, or have left your suite or the property. Pool is shared between 6 suites on site. Please adhere to all safety notices etc. No glass in or around pool. No food in pool etc. Quiet time between 11pm-9am. 2 adults per suite(1 king size bed). Alternative sleeping configuration can be organized beforehand with good notice. Not recommended for children under 10, but are permitted once guests sign waiver. Property can accommodate 10+ people, but details must be provided and agreed beforehand so that host can prepare. Additional charge due for 10+ persons. Please contact us to discuss your requirements before booking. Names of guests required for booking. ID document required for check in. Booking guest must stay at property and be there at check in. No unregistered guests on property. No animals including service animals. HOA rules prevent and laws of Antigua and Barbuda do not compel. If any animal brought to property, guest will be provided details for local kennels and animal denied access. No access or refund if guest is unable to make alternative housing arrangements for animal . Government Guest Levy of US$5 per person per night has to be paid on arrival as it not included in the price. Strictly no parties or events. Party or Event = cancellation = no refund. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement that will be provided before booking. Security deposit equal to one days rental by way of hold on credit card on arrival is required, and must be maintained throughout stay.
