Enjoy a cozy stay in this charming barn featuring a queen bed, soothing bathtub, Wi-Fi, and tide pods. Relax after a day of exploring and soak in the peaceful countryside atmosphere. You may hear coyotes howling at night or spot deer and wild turkeys nearby—it’s part of the charm! The space Our house is very special to us and we take great pride in providing a place for guest to relax and enjoy. Cleanliness is very important to us and we take pride in sharing that with our guest. Here you find all the linens, towels and rugs washed between stays. As well as the hard surfaces sanitized. ⭐️No smoking ⭐️No pets, please Guest access Full access to the barndominium. The entire place is yours to enjoy in private. Other things to note The barndominium is on shared property with our main home on 5 acres of land and 100 acres of row crop. We do have 2 blue heeler dogs friendly (outside only). Pets are not allowed at anytime. Our home is next to an open field, so you may occasionally hear coyotes at night. Some guests find it a unique part of the area’s natural charm, while others may prefer to bring earplugs just in case. Coyotes are most vocal during their breeding season in February, but you may hear them from time to time throughout the year. Please note that this barn is a privately owned home, and therefore very rarely appliances or household systems (HVAC, plumbing, etc) may unexpectedly malfunction. We have a professional maintenance man on call and while we will do everything in our power to address any functionality issues as quickly as possible with little or no inconvenience to you, we cannot offer refunds- full or partial, cancellations, or alternate accommodations unless the property is deemed uninhabitable.
