The River House is a charming cottage on the river front of the Fox River. Great views of the water, Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Special features include a lovely deck area with fire-pit and hot tub and infrared sauna to enjoy all year round. The home has been freshly decorated. The space The house is located in a quiet Neighborhood. We do ask that guests will drive slow and carefully to and from the property and honor street signs because there are children at play.. No loud music or parties. The house is on a well but we have installed a water system to improve the water and drinking water is provided. Guest access Our property line is only to the fence either side of the property. We do not have access to either boat launch or beach either side . As these belong to our neighbors, we ask our guests to please stay on our property and not trespass on our neighbors land. Other things to note Absolutely no drug use is allowed on the premises. The house is on a well But we have recently installed a water filtration system There is a drinking water Spicket at the sink And barrel water provided for drinking water The outdoor cushions are in the cupboard And can be used at any time, but we ask that they’re not left out in the rain All house instructions are in a book on the kitchen counter and we ask guests to please take the time to read it Feel free to contact the hosts (their numbers are provided ) with any questions
