The AC Deluxe Room 'Bakul' is aptly named after a fragrant Konkani flower and offers a totally unique combination of ethnic style and modern day comforts and can sleep up to 3 persons comfortably. Additional bed can be provided at extra charges. It comes with an attached bath and toilet with modern fittings and comforts. The very cozy verandah seating and covered terrace is ideal for family interactions or alternatively some me-time. The space The AC Deluxe Room is a very luxurious and comfortable room with an attached toilet & bathroom. It comes fully loaded with amenities such as Smart TV, WiFi and Air Conditioning. The room is served by a dedicated inverter power back-up for basic items such as ceiling fans, lights and Wi-Fi. The room comes with a very cozy Verandah space for family bonding as well as a common covered terrace at the upper floor for group interactions and with great views of the farmlands. Breakfast and meals are served in the common dining area close to the kitchen. Guest access Guests can access the common shared terrace at the upper floor and all surrounding orchards & farmland for their wellness experience. The main house and its verandah (Padavi) is not accessible for guests. Regarding usage of the kitchen in the main house, only Mothers with infants are allowed access to the kitchen for warming milk or preparing any kids meals. We prepare tea/coffee and serve warmed meals from the kitchen, which is why it is closed for general usage by Guests. During your stay When staying at Koyari and when I am away, I do keep regular contact with my Guests throughout their stay. 24/7 attendance is provided by the caretaker who stays on the property and is available right from check-in to check-out. The caretaker provides for all essentials and on request, organizes food from reliable village neighbors and ensures your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Other things to note Guests are advised against having parties or loud conversations or playing loud music after 10 pm in the verandah in order to maintain the tranquility of the village and to avoid disturbing the neighbors. Vegetarian Food: We organize at reasonable additional charges fresh, tasty and hygienic home cooked vegetarian food with traditional Konkani flavor from friendly neighbors on advance request, which covers Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner meals. Tea & Coffee is prepared & served by our staff on the premises as per your requirements, along with bottled drinking water which we provide at very reasonable rates. You are urged to order food well ahead of time and allow enough time for food preparation as these are simple villagers who need enough time to make you that great meal! You are welcome to have your meals outside if you wish, however getting packed food from outside to be consumed at the property is not permitted. Non-veg Food: A reliable and safe source of chicken or fish is not available locally in the village. If Guests get the raw chicken or fish, we can arrange for the preparation from a neighbor at additional nominal charges per kilo of fish or chicken, prepared as per your requirement. We also have our very own Nature Interpretation Center 'aranyavat' which Guests can visit and experience. Its a great place to learn about the immense biodiversity of Konkan.
